Title :
Mood Pinball
Info :

Mood Pinball is a full size virtual pinball machine with 3D graphics, arcade buttons and ball shooter. The table was constructed by Psicon Lab working with artists Edie Jo Murray and Harmeet Chagger-Khan and allows players to expose city-wide noise data by playing the game.

By visiting different locations at different times of day your mood can rise or fall based on noise levels and the aim is to stay happy. Commissioned by the Open Data Institute (ODI) in partnership with the University of Southampton DataStories project, supported by the EPSRC, grant number EP/PO25676/1. Produced by BOM. Exhibited at BOM, Victoria and Albert Museum and Open Data Institute. Photo credit-© Paul Clarke used under CC by 4.0.
