A Shoot'em Up style computer game was created featuring 4 woodland levels, through which an owl flew. Musical Instrument controlled the owls movements with drums beating the wings, bass controlling swooping and guitar coughing up pellets to defeat and dodge animal enemies and end of level bosses.
Seen at The Big Chill Festival, Bath Guitar Festival, Vivid (Birmingham) and Radar (Loughborough Uni). I also played bass guitar at some events.
A Flash animation ident was commissioned, based on the flyer for the event, as a backdrop to events happening at the Flatpack Festival.
Shown at The Jug of Ale, Birmingham.
Since 2001 I've supplied live video mixing (VJing) and audio-visual performances at music, film and art events including festivals such as Flatpack, AVIT, Artsfest, Contact Europe (DE) and Twilight Zone (GR). I have provided visuals for artists such as Venetian Snares, Muziq, Bentley Rhythm Ace, Layo & Bushwacker, Ozric Tentacles, Freq Nasty, Andy Wickett, Brum Creative, Frog Pocket, Sir Real, Shaolin, Swerve, Pace - and more recently Dorcha. I was a resident VJ at Hard Techno night Undergound City at Birmimgham's famous Medicine Bar.
I developed my own VJ video mixing software called PHLUMX during a Masters degree, and have worked with theater productions, musicians and Art galleries to provide projected media and moving image content for live events.
